The sisters made lots of different machines, and their creations are still popular with collectors even today. Leeds Museums and Galleries are lucky to have one called ‘Murder in the Museum’ that has been repaired and restored. Visitors to Abbey House Museums can ‘buy’ an old penny to use in the machine to set it going and watch carefully to solve the murder mystery!
