The area now known as St. Albans (NW of London) has a long history, inhabited by people from the Catuvellauni tribe long before the Romans first invaded Britain in 55 BC. The film below explores the impact of the Roman invasion in the area, and the subsequent development  of the Roman city of Verulamium, one of the largest Roman cities in Britain.
