My Little Pony unicorn toy from the 1980s

The first My Little Pony toys were produced by toy manufacturing company Hasbro, in 1981. The ponies feature colourful bodies, manes and a unique symbol on one or both sides of their flanks. Each pony also has their own name. A cartoon series followed shortly after the launch of the toys.
