M&S Plan A Doing the Right Thing Logo
M&S launched Plan A in January 2007, setting out 100 commitments to be achieved in five years. In 2012 Plan A was extended to 180 commitments to achieve by 2015, with the ultimate goal of becoming the world's most sustainable major retailer. Plan A 2020 launched in 2014, with 100 new, revised and existing commitments.
