M&S Melting Middle Chocolate Pudding

M&S Chocolate Melt in the Middle Puddings were introduced in 2004. This product took 18 months to develop, with the liquid centre presenting the greatest challenge - it had to survive storage and transportation without soaking into the outside sponge.
