MicroBit Bat Googles Activity Pack

This activity pack provides step-by-step instructions for how to code  'bat goggles' using BBC micro:bits and some simple, low-cost equipment such as a distance sensor and jumper cables.

The 'bat goggles'  mimic how bats use echolocation to detect prey such as moths and can be worn by pupils to 'experience' using sonar to navigate surroundings and locate 'prey'.

For teachers in Leeds, micro:bits can be borowed free of charge from Leeds Libraries.
