Portrait of Isabella Ford, Suffragist

Isabella Ford was a founder member of the Leeds Women’s Suffrage Society. She also went on to join the executive of the National Union of Women’s Suffrage Societies. As a Quaker she only believed in peaceful campaigning. She spoke at many suffrage meetings and campaigned hard. Isabella is the sister of Emily Ford
