Anglo-Danish Room at Tolson Museum

The Anglo-Danish Room at Tolson Museum, Huddersfield, c.1931.

Although this gallery no longer exists, it reflects interest in this period during the early twentieth century, and shows how museums interpreted early medieval England through themes of Christianity and national identity.
