What was Wimbledon like in the past?

What is this building and what was it used for?

Whole class activity:
Show the class the image of the Windmill and ask them what it is.

Centre discussion on whether they have seen buildings like this before, where this was, how they can tell, using clues on the building to lead them to the answer.

Show the class both photographs and discuss briefly how you get from the ear of wheat to the loaf of bread (other activities on this available).
