Miners’ strike – I had two strikes, I had one in ‘74, I think it was, or ’72. They didn’t last long, they only lasted weeks. The main strike was 1984, March the 6^th 1984.

I can remember two blokes going to Orgreave when there were pickets at Orgreave, I mean that was a terrible place to go to, Orgreave, it caused a lot of people heartbreak, heartache, the lot.
