Description:
Set on the border between Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, the museum is the site of a WW2 air base. The collection of aircraft is particularly strong in post WW2 military craft and has many planes of national significance.
In addition to aircraft the museum have objects relating to the history of the air field, of the home front during World War Two,navigation, radio and survival equipment.
