Description:

The Battle of Naseby was fought in the fields around Naseby, Clipston and Sibertoft on the Northamptonshire , Leicestershire border.

 

It was the decisive fight of the English Civil War. Here Parliament's New Model Army defeated the forces of King Charles.

 

You can visit the battlefield by following a trail which takes you to eight viewpoints that mark the progress and outcome of the battle. Each viewpoint is accessible for wheelchairs and has further information about the site.
