Description:

A superb 17th Century country house in a beautiful riverside setting. Many of the rooms were re-designed in the 19th Century by the architect Sir Charles Barry. Period rooms reflect the lifestyle of an aristocratic Victorian family. The Hall contains the nationally important Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth collection of needlework and costume.
