Description:

Clitheroe Castle has had a complete refurbishment. Set on a prominent limestone mound close to the ruined Norman keep of Clitheroe Castle, the new museum reflects the local history and geology of both the Ribble Valley and surrounding areas. The developments include innovative interactive galleries, an exhibition space and a completely new education suite equipped for a wide range of learning sessions.
