Mythical Beasts

This cutlery set is called Gryphon Knife and Dragon Fork.

A dragon is a mythical creature, typically shown as a large and powerful reptile with magical qualities. Dragons can often fly and breathe fire.

Can you see how this artist has used the shape of the fork to look like fire coming from the dragon's mouth?

Gryphons (or griffins) are also mythical beasts which have the body of a lion with the head, wings and talons of an eagle. In heraldry they symbolise strength and watchfulness.
