Ink or Swim

Introduction

Ink or Swim is based on the weird and wonderful objects held at the Hull Maritime Museum and the collection of Maritime paintings at the Ferens Art Gallery.

This resource is part of the Connect>Create post 16 education project for art and design students. It uses Hull Museums and the Ferens Art Gallery collections as an inspirational starting point for student work in higher and further education. Lecturers develop assignment briefs in response to identified collections each year, which will form part of students’ coursework.
