When is this record used?

When a customer wants to make a more formal comment, complaint or compliment to museums staff.

How is this record used?

The customer would complete the form by hand or on-line, by phone, email or text and submit to the general Leeds City Council customer contact centre. This will then be recorded and passed onto the Visitor Services Manager at Armley Mills who would then respond within 15 working days.

  • Gujarati
  • Hindu
  • Punjabi
  • Urdu
This is to meet the needs of customers whose first language is not English.
