When is this record used?

Generally, at the end of a visit. The book is placed in the reception area so that the customer can comment on their experience at Armley Mills Leeds Industrial Museum.

How is this record used?

General comments about their visits, both positive and negative, are collected in this book, which is located at the main entrance. This information can be used to identify issues raised by the public and commend staff for their excellent customer service.
