Customer Complaints

Listening and Making Changes

At Armley Mills, Leeds Industrial Museum, staff constantly try to improve the customer experience.

Through listening to customer comments, complaints and suggestions, many improvements have been made at the museum. These include:
  • New learning centre with new technology and programmes
  • New disabled access toilet on the first floor
  • Improved eating areas for schools and conferences
  • New education programmes
  • New ramps built to accommodate wheelchairs throughout the museum
  • New workshops for school & community groups

However, there will always be areas that still need development and so the museum relies on customers to provide feedback on what is most important to them!
