Customer Comments

Customer comments are invaluable to any organisation. They can help staff to assess whether customers' needs are being met or not and then identify and solve any problems. 

Remember, an unhappy customer will not use a product or service twice!


Collecting customer feedback:

At Armley Mills, one way of collecting customer feedback is through a customer comments book. This enables visitors to voice their thoughts, both negative and positive, should they wish to comment without receiving an immediate or formal response.


These comments are transferred to a feedback board, which illustrates how these comments are being addressed.
