Chinese Banknote

The Chinese bank note is part of the Ida Miles collection. It is made from a soft fibrous material, printed on both sides in blue ink. It is a Circulating Treasure Note of the Great Ming 1000 cash (1 string) of the Board of Revonne. It has been identified as being issued during the Ming Dynasty of 1368-1644 © East Riding Museums
